What You’ll Get

Our training program will give you the skills you need to succeed in the food industry while also teaching you the soft skills to land that job.

Industry Skills & Knowledge

Our training prepares you to work in professional kitchens and bakeries. You will learn:

  • Baking
  • Cooking techniques such as roasting and braising
  • Culinary math
  • Safe food handling practices

Job Readiness & Soft Skills

We help you prepare for the job—and the workplace—with training in:

  • Resume writing
  • Interviewing
  • Communication techniques
  • Goal setting

Real-World Experience

Every week, you will help prepare 500+ meals.

These meals are not only for yourself and fellow participants, but for your families and others experiencing food insecurity. You will make a difference while learning your craft.

What Happens After Graduation

Finishing the program is a big step—but it’s not the end. After graduation, we keep supporting you as you look for a job, start working, and grow in your career. From job search help to free online training and a strong alumni community, you’ll have people in your corner every step of the way.

Continued Support

We don’t just hand you a certificate—we stick with you. You will receive 12 months of personalized job placement support, including one-on-one coaching, application assistance, and job announcements.
