The Bread Project

We’re honored to be featured in Edible East Bay’s article, “Rolling Dough Into a Paycheck: The Bread Project Opens Doors to Employment”. The piece highlights our mission to provide culinary job training and employment support to immigrants, refugees, low-income residents, and individuals re-entering the workforce.

With an 80–85% job placement and retention rate, The Bread Project continues to change lives by equipping students with hands-on culinary skills and connecting them with employment partners like Whole Foods, Semifreddi’s, and Safeway.
