What We Offer
The Bakery Production Bootcamp is a 4-week job training program. It is FREE for low income youth and adults in the San Francisco Bay Area. We provide an intensive training curriculum comprised of two main components – Commercial Baking Training and Workforce Essential Life Skills.
130+ hours of intensive job training in the Fundamentals of Commercial Bakery Production
Hands on kitchen experience with chefs & food service professionals
Job Readiness & Workplace Essential Skills Instruction for the Food Industry

The process is easy to apply – download and complete the application below and participate in an intake interview with a member of The Bread Project program staff.
Interviews take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 12:00pm – 3:00pm
Certain applicants may be required to do a 2-hour kitchen exercise to complete your application.
