Chef Gram began work at The Bread Project in 2018. Though he has been working in kitchens since the age of 16, he began his professional culinary career after graduating from The French Pastry School in 2007. Since then he has been a General Manager, Head Baker, Pastry Chef, and Chef Boulanger at many bakeries and facilities across the country, including Grateful Bread in Denver, West Town Bakery in Chicago, Facebook Inc corporate headquarters in Menlo Park, and Pinterest corporate headquarters in San Francisco. Gram is committed to using his experience and expertise to help all that come through the program succeed on their path.
